Parec\u00eda imposible, pero estaban seguras de que si adelgazaban algunos kilos, lo acabar\u00edan por conseguir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEmpec\u00e9 a dejar de comer los bocadillos del recreo. Algunas semanas despu\u00e9s, decid\u00ed no comer todo lo que me serv\u00edan en los platos; nunca me terminaba las raciones. Pon\u00eda cualquier excusa para no comer\u201d, recuerda M\u00e9lodi Agust\u00ed, que hoy tiene 27 a\u00f1os. Fue el principio de un infierno que se prolong\u00f3 seis a\u00f1os, hasta que a los 18 le diagnosticaron su enfermedad: sufr\u00eda anorexia. Toda una adolescencia repleta de infecciones, enfermedades y visitas al hospital sin saber qu\u00e9 dolencia ten\u00eda. \u201cMi baja autoestima me llev\u00f3 a eso. Cuando me recuper\u00e9 y vi fotograf\u00edas m\u00edas de entonces, me qued\u00e9 en<em>shock<\/em>\u201d, prosigue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La anorexia, junto con la bulimia y la obesidad, son los principales trastornos de la conducta alimentaria (TCA). Se trata de todas aquellas alteraciones del comportamiento habitual en las cuales hay una manifiesta mala relaci\u00f3n con la comida, bien por exceso o bien por defecto.
